1-Year Standard Warranty

The "Off-Grid | Power Hub Dry Bag" comes with a 1-year standard warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty covers the main dry bag, the power port assembly, and the soft solar panel set.

What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Consumable parts, including the HydraMetal Mg Plate Anode and the HydraMetal Air Cathode, unless they are defective upon arrival. These parts are designed to be consumed during use.
• Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or cosmetic damage such as scratches and dents.
• Damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized representative of IAMS Innovation.
• Damage resulting from failure to follow instructions in the user manual.

Return Policy

• Used Consumables: Due to the nature of the product, we cannot offer refunds on used metal or air electrodes.
• Unused Products: For unused products in their original, unopened packaging, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team via the AI Assistant on our website. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please note that original shipping charges and any payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe fees) are non-refundable. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.

If you believe your product is defective and covered under warranty, please contact us through the AI Assistant on our website. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos. Our team will guide you through the claim process.
